Tax & accounting
Audited Financial Statements for the prior year, plus a sample BIR-registered Official Receipt or Sales Invoice.
Engineering team
Affiliated Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) — name + PRC credentials + Professional Tax Receipt. CVs of engineers and technicians on the install team.
Installer team
TESDA NC II–certified installers. At least one Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) assigned per installation.
Track record
1–2 years of installing residential and C&I rooftop solar systems, with referenceable past customers willing to verify completed installs.
Workforce compliance
Certification of Salary Disbursement covering the install team — confirming employees are paid through proper channels.
